In business, one of the biggest factors in determining a company’s success is their ability to attract and hire A PLAYERS.
A PLAYERS who can be relied on to fully implement your plans, spearhead new projects and manage the processes without direct and constant instruction.
Finding A PLAYERS can be a challenge if you don’t have a clear way on how to attract and hire A PLAYERS into your team.
When I first got started out, it was really haphazard and trial by error. I was just really trying to work things out as I went along. I’ve been overworked, overwhelmed and not really certain on how to on-board talent.

Let’s start with getting clear on what the PROBLEM is.
Here’s the truth: it’s hard to find great staff you can trust. It’s like finding a needle in a haystack. The real challenge is to navigate hundreds and even thousands of people online, trying to identify the potential applicants who can truly deliver excellence.
When the day is done, you end up being exhausted and it can be a complete waste of time energy and opportunity.
In companies with no clear on-boarding system, hiring staff and mis-hires is one of the most costly mistakes that a company makes. It costs billions globally for all the hires that didn’t materialize into productivity.
Say for example you hired a VA. You’re all excited about them coming in your company. You hire them and then you give them haphazard documents to get started and you throw together a little bit of training.
If you don’t have any clear on-boarding system, the tendency is you need to constantly give them tasks to keep them busy. The problem with this, is it will drain your energy as you try to juggle your own responsibilities while making sure your VA is busy doing something. You’re paying them, they’re idle and they’re probably losing interest. All this will be an extra weight on your shoulders if you don’t have a system to onboard them and get them dialed in fast.
