Preparing for a Successful Q4!

Hey Guys, Aaron here! I just want to do a very short video all about getting ready for Q4.
As you guys are fully aware, being immersed in the e-commerce industry, a lot of sales, a lot of business come in Q4. So, my question is what are you doing now to be prepared for Q4?
Many people get to Q4, I have experienced this myself a number of occasions, and things not be as profitable or successful as you do hope and as you wanted.
The symptoms start way back in the year, like now or before now.
So, the question is what are you doing right now to prepare yourself for the best Q4 of your business life? What products are you looking to launch and get visible especially if you’re selling on Amazon? What products can you get visible in front of as many eyeballs as you can?
Ultimately, if your product is buyable in terms of it converts, it’s relevant and as an offer which people find is relevant to them as valuable to them, how many people can you get that offer in front of by the time Q4 comes around?
So that is the outcome. It is to get as many of your products in front of as many people in time for Q4 and before that obviously.
The question kind of is what can you do to remove off your plate right now? If you’re the sole driver of all of these areas of the business, for instance, (1) Inventory Management, (2) Customer Service, (3) Bookkeeping and all the daily firefighting stuff. If you’re doing most of that stuff then is that keeping you away from launching new products to get them visible for Q4?
When somebody has a Q4 which doesn’t work out as well as they’ve hoped, it usually starts way back in the year because they weren’t getting stuff off their plate to get to launching new products, to get to things that actually really matter.
If the outcome is to have a very profitable and successful Q4, what are you doing in your day to day and your weeks and your months that frankly is keeping you away from launching new products, keeping you away from revenue generation, profit generation activities, whether it’s building list of customers, whether it’s launching and creating new products. Or, having a team or your team actually do all the other manual, repetitive things.
If you’ve had a Q4 which didn’t go as well as you’ve planned before then it usually stems from having doing a lot of the stuff in your business throughout the year which is keeping you away from getting all the products live and visible.
My question to you is what can you start doing now? What can you start removing from your plate right now so that you can get to getting your new product ideas alive? Visible in front of these many eyeballs as possible before Q4 begins so you can ultimately have the most profitable and successful end of the year going in and rolling into next year.
