Get These Day to Day Operations Off Your Plate

I’m just on my way to go and plan my week from the Shangri-La, looking over London. This is no better way to map out the week ahead, in my eyes.
I wanted to share a quick message with you because basically I’ve been speaking to a lot of 7-figure sellers, people that are doing 84K a month and above. And, I’m shocked still to see that a lot of 7-figure sellers are doing 30, 40, sometimes 50 plus hours per week on just the operations.
They’re not spending any of their time working on the high value areas of business, like creating products or learning how to build a list on Facebook, or building partnerships and relationships.
So, what I want you to do, just as an experiment, really, is for you to track where you’re spending your time. REFLECT, this is something that I talk about at Seller Con, which is DOWNLOAD, TRACK and then RANK your tasks.
You download your tasks to know what you’ve been doing over the last few weeks. And, then track your time for 5 days, and then you can get visibility on all the areas you’re working on. You might already know, but the point is without awareness you can’t change it.
What I want you to do is basically REFLECT, DOWNLOAD, TRACK and RANK your tasks, and get clear on how many hours per week you’re spending.
Let’s say you’re spending 10 hours per week on customer service and inventory management, then that is 40 hours a month. Forty hours a month that you’re not spending on a $1,000 task. So, what my mentor says, what’s the fastest way to earn $1,000 an hour? That’s to stop doing anything which is not a $1000 per hour task.
