Hey guys, Aaron here from Systemscultureimpact.com. I’m just down Brick Lane in East London and I just wanted to have a quick video because I’m surrounded by loads of creative stuff. It’s everywhere.

You’ve ever been to this part of London you’ll see there’s artwork all over the walls. There’s a lot of creators, as they call themselves over here in this part of the City.

I’m just seeing so much. Some are kind of famous artwork around here. Apparently, I’m no expert or no graffiti guru but you can see just being around this area how creative a lot of people that live around here. They express themselves and their art through the medium of drawing on walls.

There’s loads of hidden artwork around that you’ve got to keep your eyes are for to really look at. What this really brought up for me was I was thinking about what most entrepreneurs come into their business, they’re really creative. They got started and they’re really fired up into doing a lot of great creative work that they find natural to them, and things they really enjoy.

What I find was, that a lot of people don’t end up or they don’t get the chance to do the creative work that they’re good at and they ended up doing a lot of stuff that they’re bad at and they’re not so good at. And, this is something which I have recently.

Even though I teach stuff, I need to be reminded sometimes of doing the stuff which I am good at and just get rid of everything else, taking stock and really doing that. Not just hoarding the work which is not so good for me to be doing.

I’m just going to show you, we’ve got elephant. We’ve got all sorts of stuff going on. The point guys is how can you start to be more creative in your business. What do you need to get rid of to unlock your creative capacity?

A lot of time, we get caught up doing a lot of stuff which is the operational tasks and stuff like that. Frankly, this should be given to someone else.

So, ultimately, what tasks/things do you want to get rid of that allows you to stop doing the things which you’re not great at? Just have a think about it.
